Hi, Rachel, Even though this is an old post, I think it is still very useful and important. I'd like to share with some non-podcast listening old farts! Any chance you could enable the transcript?
Substack says this is how to do it: (I think this works from the "edit" mode of the episode/post.)
4. When you publish an audio post, a collapsible transcript will appear on the post. To remove the transcript, slide the toggle to the left next to "Show transcripts and captions" on the transcript settings. If you show the transcript on your post, the captions and timestamps will be synced to allow readers to easily navigate to different parts of your episode.
