Duh.. some of us hated progressives have been shouting the warnings to the Reagan Democrat leadership and the Reagan Democrat majority base that incrementally moving to the right to appease the Nazis across the aisle was a bad idea. We were put down for even suggesting that their friends across the aisle had evil intent. I'm disgusted with Democratic Leadership and the majority of the base. They have no intention of fighting back. In fact they spend most of their time blaming progressives for the failures that can be laid at the center's feet.
On Feb 28th, Friday, there is a general strike where people of The Resistance won't buy anything, except from small businesses. Spread the word. It is not in all media streams.
What is most heartbreaking to me is that MAGA knows all of this and they don’t care. I did a lot of phone and text banking for the Harris campaign and am still haunted by a text exchange with a woman who wrote that she “didn’t care if Trump was Hitler”. Yep. You read that correctly. Didn’t care if he’s Hitler. Was willing to cast a vote for Hitler because of illegal immigrants.
