You need vestibular rehabilitation. It's a special form of physical therapy just for vertigo. You will need a prescription. You can also try the Epley Maneuver at home--have someone google the video for you. It works. https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/treatment-tests-and-therapies/home-epley-maneuver

I am so sorry about your case of vertigo! I've had it, I'll spare you the details, it was gross. And the vestibular rehabilitation doesn't work on all cases.
