NO MORE JEWS = NO MORE WAR

PROTOCOLS OF THE MEETINGS OF THE LEARNED ELDERS OF ZION . . . Protocol No. 7 – World-Wide Wars

❝We must be in a position to respond to every act of opposition by war with the neighbors of that country which dares to oppose us: but if these neighbors should also venture to stand collectively together against us, then we must offer resistance by a universal war.❞

Thank you, Doc, for getting to significant points your guests cover in depth in their new book. Many who read it will be enlightened about what is at the core of our country's dilemma and what is essential for lasting, democratic change.

I worry that by the time I post this two million people will be in the midst of being murdered. They are Palestinians in an open-air prison in Gaza, captives of a double-edged tyranny. They are ruled both by a terrorist government, Hamas, that the majority of Palestinians alive today did not elect, and by an Israeli apartheid mafia regime that has announced its intent to annihilate.

There is a vast difference between a government and the people forced to live under it. If anyone should know that, it’s an American, yet false equivalencies abound. One should not equate Palestinians with Hamas, nor Israelis with Netanyahu’s regime.

Hi Rachel, I'm a staunch supporter of your work, I love your clarity and commitment and realism. It's from you I learned what a wedge issue is, and many other really important aspects of how our government functions, the history of the parties and radicalism, and what we can do now. But I disagree with your aside about Israel above, as a lifelong progressive, left-wing Jewish woman and member of Jewish Voice for Peace(https://www.jewishvoiceforpeace.org) - it may be true that anti-Semitic people are calling Israel an apartheid state and colonizers, but they are not the only people doing so, and it's not anti-Semitic to criticize Israel's treatment of Palestinians. It's not inaccurate to describe taking their land by force as colonizing. Many progressive, multi-racial organizations are calling to end the Occupation, including the Working Families Party, of whom I'm also a member (https://workingfamilies.org/2023/10/wfp-there-is-no-military-solution-to-this-conflict-and-there-never-has-been/).

One of the most profound works of art I've ever seen on the injustice of Israeli behavior is a movie called Waltz With Bashir, by an Israeli filmmaker named Ari Folman (https://waltzwithbashir.com/). I strongly urge you to reconsider your position, to read a little more of thoughtful, progressive criticism of Israel, and to stop what I consider a tragic, harmful conflation of criticism of Israel with anti-Semitism.
